Localisation is incredibly important when trying to engage your local clients through Facebook, twitter or any of the social media tools you use even though you are a global brand. One of our clients for whom we manage the Facebook page has seen a dramatic increase in the number of regional followers once we started translating Facebook posts to Arabic.
